What goes in the bag?

Everyday clothing is welcome. Please leave these other items out of your order.

We accept

  • Shirts, pants and activewear
  • Undergarments and socks
  • Other everyday machine-washable clothing

Please leave out

  • Bedding, including comforters, sheets and pillows
  • Bulk towels
  • Dry-clean-only items and delicates needing special care
  • Heavily soiled or hazardous items

Health & safety

Items with pests, including bed bugs, or other unsafe items will be refused.

Service terms

  • Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours after pickup.
  • Pickup and delivery is $10, or free when the laundry order is $70 or more.
  • Payment is due in full when your booking is confirmed.
  • Reschedule free through the night before pickup.
  • Cancellation refunds exclude a $35 booking fee.
  • Weekly pickup spots are limited.

By submitting laundry, you agree to these policies. We cannot be responsible for lost socks or other small items. Normal wear and tear may occur. Please report concerns within 24 hours of delivery.
